The co-working revolution is transforming our real estate industry, not only is it pioneered by entrepreneurs, MNCs and large enterprises are also a strong drive for the demand of co-working spaces, all of which are looking for liquid or flexible work space with good access to amenities and facilities as well as looking to share ideas and knowledge within the community.

Roundtable dialogue between Landlord, User, Operator
Other than touring theDesk, we have also invited 3 Josephians to discuss over co-working business in a roundtable format moderated by our organiser.
Adrian Yap (Class of 2000), the Co-founder and Chief Investment Officer of theDesk, will talk about his vision, passion & challenged about his venture business from an Operator's perspective.
Gary Wong (Class of 1997) is the Senior Project Development Manager of Grosvenor. He has recently developed a new workplace for Grosvenor HK with a co-working design concept. The project has been certified with WELL Gold by IWBI and LEED Gold by USGBC, which make Grosvenor’s HK office the 1st office refurbishment projects in Asia to receive such rating of recognition. Gary will share his insight from an User's perspective.
Wilfred Ma (Class of 2004) is the Assistant Vice President, Investment Team, of Phoenix Property Investors. He will share his experience working with WeWork and how Phoenix secured them as an anchor tenant in Tower 535 at Causeway Bay. Wilfred will also share his insight from a Landlord's perspective on how they evaluate co-working tenancies from leasing & investment angle.
