Provisional Register of Voters for the Annual General Meeting on 16 November 2018

The Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) will be held on 16 November 2018 (Friday) 6:30pm at our new campus, 26 Kennedy Road. The Executive Committee Members Election will also be held on the same day.

The Election Sub-Committee (‘ESC’) now publishes the Provisional Register of Voters (‘PRV’), listing out the names of OBA members who are eligible to vote (‘Voters’) in the AGM and their respective years of F.5 / S.6 graduation or years of leaving SJC (if left earlier). The Executive Committee will not entertain any membership application between 15/10/2018 and 16/11/2018 inclusive. Any old boy who is of the opinion that his name should be but is not on the PRV shall within 14 days after the publishing of the PRV (on or before 29/10/2018) inform the ESC in writing to together with proof. The old boy should provide his full name, year of F.5 / S.6 graduation, and the alphabet & the first 4 alphanumeric letters of his HKID card number (e.g. A123) when lodging his enquiry. The ESC will make an investigation and its decision shall be final.

The ESC will not entertain any complaint not made within the time as stated hereinabove.

Nomination of candidate to run for the election of Executive Committee Member will be accepted from 30/10/2018 - 5/11/2018 inclusive. The Nomination Form will be available for download at the SJCOBA website during the nomination period. A candidate must be nominated by a proposer and seconded by a seconder. Nomination submitted after 5/11/2018 will be not entertained.
