Final Register of Voters
The Election Sub-Committee (“ESC”) has published a Final Register of Voters (“FRV”) listing out the names of Old Boys registered as Voters for the Election and their respective years graduated / supposed to graduate F.5 (HKCEE) or S.6 (HKDSE).
The alumni whose names are on the FRV are eligible to nominate a Candidate or to be nominated as a Candidate at this Election.
Nomination of Candidates
Nomination of Candidates for the Election can be made in the period from 25 June 2021 to 8 July 2021 in the prescribed manner set out in the Announcement No. 3 (Questions and Answers on issues relating to the Alumni Manager) by sending completed and signed Nomination Form with all supporting documents to reach the SJCOBA Alumni Manager Election Sub-committee by email to firstname.lastname@example.org during the nomination period from 25 June 2021 to 8 July 2021.
The ESC directs under the Alumni Manager Election Bye-laws that:
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Bye-laws or earlier Announcements, the Nomination Form for Candidates which has been updated to tally with the Code of Conduct for School Managers of the Institutional Management Committee of the School approved on 25th October 2016 will be adopted, and all Candidates' Nomination Forms as submitted, with all particulars (except for HKID card or Passport Number and Mobile /Contact No.), together with their Candidates’ declarations, confirmations, statements, aspirations and pledges shall be published on the SJCOBA website not less than 7 days before the Election.
